Stacia McAninch is the Owner/Broker of Precision Mortgage and Real Estate, a company she founded in 1996. Beginning as Precision Loan Processing and transforming into Precision Loan Services after Stacia obtained her real estate brokers’ license in 1998. With a career spanning since 1988, she recently expanded the company to a full-service mortgage and real estate firm, aptly named Precision Mortgage and Real Estate.
Stacia, a dedicated wife and mother, balances her professional endeavors with family life. Her 19-year-old son, currently attending a local junior college, aspires to pursue a degree in business communications while chasing his dream of playing professional baseball. Working alongside her husband, a broker associate and retired professional baseball player, Stacia and her family have become influential figures in the industry. Actively engaged in the local baseball community, they also dedicate their time to volunteering with high school programs.
